Pátzcuaro, Michoacán | 9 de abril de 2025 – El parador turístico de la isla de Urandén será escenario del primer Encuentro Regional de Cocina Tradicional los días 12, 13, 19 y 20 de abril, donde 12 cocineras michoacanas ofrecerán platillos típicos de temporada.

Detalles del evento:

  • Platillos destacados: Mojarra, caldo de trucha, corundas, churipo, pozole, mole y tortitas de arroz
  • Precios accesibles: Desde 20hasta120 pesos por platillo (solo efectivo)
  • Horario: 13:00 a 18:00 horas

La Secretaría de Turismo destacó que este evento combina la riqueza gastronómica con el atractivo de los manantiales de Urandén, nuevo producto turístico surgido tras el rescate del Lago de Pátzcuaro.

«Queremos que los visitantes vivan una experiencia completa: sabores tradicionales en un entorno natural único», señaló Roberto Monroy García, titular de la Sectur. El encuentro forma parte de las más de 900 actividades programadas para Semana Santa en Michoacán.
